# CHIPS
In the Juice platform, gameplay occurs through the use of **CHIPS**. To participate in the gaming, all players must purchase **CHIPS** from the cashier. It's important to note that **CHIPS** have no real-world monetary value outside of the Juice ecosystem, meaning that they cannot be considered as a secondary in-game currency. However, players can use their **CHIPS** to purchase a variety of items from within the Juice Shop, providing them with additional ways to engage with and enjoy the platform.
